Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all walk in customers are greeted properly.
- Phone handling – answering and forwarding.
- Maintaining movement register, docket register, support staff register etc.
- Collecting feedback forms.
- Allocate customer to appropriate departments/ floors upon arrival.
- Provide information in person or via phone calls to customers on demand.
- Intimate floor managers on customer walk-ins.
- Education: Graduates
