About the internship/job:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in planning on-ground marketing initiatives in select areas of Chennai 2. Work the market and scout for opportunities to make the brand visible in-shop 3. Make a detailed plan outlet type-wise w.r.t visibility, consumer sampling, and cross-promotion inputs 4. Coordinate with sales, brand and category development teams for closures 5. Assist in planning for ATL initiatives involving cinema, radio and outdoor 6. Lead the on-ground execution 7. Monitor stock availability in outlets and highlight any deviations 8. Monitor the depth of stocks and chiller visibility in different outlet types 9. Assist in the development and deployment of all visibility elements in the market 10. Gather consumer and retail feedback on the product and offtakes respectively 11. Proactively suggest ideas to improve the efficacy of the campaign 12. Continuously track secondary sales Outlet type wise. Look for trends in the data accumulated and highlight to the respective teams 13. Track Outlet repeat purchase trends in the outlets and drive insights to drive repeat purchase 14. Understand the performance of different marketing inputs and recommend improvements 15. Make a scalable plan for all operating markets of the brand basis the learnings of this activity
